JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, multitasking, and maintaining professionalism in client interactions. This role involves supporting mail processing, scheduling, client interactions, data management, and administrative duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office technologies
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in legal or immigration services is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Mail Processing: Receive, organize, and distribute mail.
  • Client Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in clients, coordinate client appointments, and provide bilingual support via phone, email, and in person.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for clients.
  • Data & Document Management: Manage important documents and ensure all information is accurate and updated.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including record management, document creation, and client inquiries.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive client information in compliance with strict security and legal protocols.
