Meet our Team Hitachi Digital Services Japan, which is the HDS’s Japan country office, is strengthening its offshore engineering services leveraging development centers in Vietnam and India, building a global delivery structure that combines high quality and cost competitiveness. What you’ll be doing Develop, and deploy AI models using machine learning (ML), deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate models. Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance and scalability. Integrate AI models into existing applications or develop new AI-powered systems. Monitor and maintain AI systems in production to ensure reliability and accuracy. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics. Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models. Proficiency in computer vision, YOLO, OWL, CVAT, Triton Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services. Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL). Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Language proficiency: Japanese: Native or business level, and English: Business level (for meetings and documentation with overseas centers). About us We’re a global, team of innovators.
