This part-time position is based at Magnetic Hill Home Hardware at 2463 Mountain road, Moncton, New Brunswick.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Bilingual Building Supplies Desk Associate to join our team at Elmwood Group. This role requires a customer-focused professional who excels in providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. The successful candidate will assist customers with building supplies, offer expert advice on products, and prepare quotations, all while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and professionalism.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service is required; knowledge of building materials is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software programs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a significant advantage.
