JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of experience selling non-asset transport services within North America (USA, Canada, Mexico).
  • Basic knowledge of import/export requirements, North American freight industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and approach to life is a game-changer in this work culture, no two days are the same.
  • Previous B2B sales experience within a variety of industries.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Team-spirit and orientation, ability to collaborate with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office, technically-proficient.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by leveraging your exceptional sales skills, researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics as set by management.
  • Consistently maintain a healthy and robust sales pipeline, actively convert leads into new clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage and expand an increasing portfolio of clients.
