Jombone is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) for our client in Brampton. Fluency in French is mandatory for this role. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an office environment or customer service desk.
  • Fluency in French (mandatory); Punjabi fluency is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on efficiency and precision.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
