Proporcionar liderazgo operativo estratégico y táctico, encausando las actividades del equipo dentro de los límites geográficos definidos a través de las cuentas de clientes múltiples en México Asegurar que las actividades de ingeniería dentro del alcance de Servicios de Ingeniería Estático se completan en tiempo, costo y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad establecidos por JLL y el cliente Garantizar el cumplimiento al 100% de los Indicadores Clave del Desempeño (KPIs) y el Acuerdo del Nivel de Servicios (SLA) Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo a los sitios asignados, generando información en tiempo y forma Asegurar la atención oportuna de mantenimientos correctivos generados por cada cliente, documentando en los diferentes sistemas el cumplimiento a los tiempos de respuesta Garantizar que todos los servicios realizados por las cuadrillas sean documentados oportunamente a través de reportes y/o sistemas de gestión automatizadas (Corrigo) Garantizar que el equipo de trabajo cuente con todos los elementos y recursos necesarios para la realización de los trabajos encomendados (herramienta, vehículos, uniformes, papelería, consumibles, refacciones, viáticos, etc.) Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas Ingeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico o Industrial.
