Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Bilingual Clerical Assistant in Fort Lauderdale to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth flow of production scheduling. The ideal candidate must be fluent in a second language in addition to English, be proficient with Microsoft Suite, and have experience with Quickbooks. Required Qualifications: ● Must be bilingual; proficiency in English is required. ● Available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). ● Experience using Quickbooks software. Key Responsibilities ●Perform general administrative support duties. ●Update and maintain the production schedule.
