Description Recovia, LLC is seeking a BILINGUAL CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR for our Clinic Hub in Midtown Phoenix. 1. This is NOT a remote position. 2. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. 3. Must have experience working in a Medical Clinic Office as part of the backoffice staff, i.e. Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Medical Administration, etc. 4. Hours are M-F, from 9:30am - 6:30pm. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and Bilingual Client Care Coordinator for outpatient services who will serve as a vital link between patients and our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a strong background in medical administrative support. This role involves coordinating patient care, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion. Requirements Requirements Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably within outpatient. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative procedures. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations. Experience with medical office software, electronic health records, and scheduling systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and team members.
