Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver a high-touch, detail-driven client experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who: Is deeply comfortable working with Mexican and Spanish-speaking clients Can confidently switch between Spanish and English in professional client conversations Thrives in an operational, task-oriented role Takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and getting the details right You will be hands-on with account opening, paperwork, client calls, and daily service needs -serving as a critical bridge between our clients, advisors, and operations. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in both Spanish and English, in person, by phone, and via email. Communicate with cultural sensitivity and awareness, particularly when working with Mexican clients and families. Call clients to confirm appointments, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status updates. Draft, translate, and review client correspondence to ensure clarity, professionalism, and accuracy in both languages. Operations & Administrative Support Open new accounts, complete required custodial and internal forms, and ensure paperwork is accurate and fully executed. Track transfers, money movements, and account maintenance requests through completion. Process deposits, withdrawals, and service requests under advisor supervision. Maintain highly accurate client records in CRM and custodial platforms. Coordinate closely with advisors, compliance, and custodial partners to ensure smooth workflows. Identify missing information, errors, or follow-up needs before they become issues. Team & Firm Support Assist advisors with meeting preparation, notes, and post-meeting follow-up. Support internal projects and process improvements as the firm grows. Uphold fiduciary responsibility, confidentiality, and compliance standards at all times. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — professional-level fluency required. Strong understanding of Mexican culture and client communication nuances. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfort handling operational tasks such as forms, account setup, client calls, and confirmations. Excellent follow-through and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client information. **Following position start date, willingness to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 65 or 66, Group One (Life, Health & HMO) (firm sponsorship available). Preferred 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a client-facing administrative role. Prior experience within an RIA or wealth management firm. Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, or Pershing platforms. Experience using CRM systems such as Wealthbox or Jump AI. Interest in long-term career growth within wealth management (CFP® or additional licensing).
