We’re looking for a Bilingual Client Success Representative (English/French) who’s passionate about people, technology, and solving problems. In this key client-facing role, you’ll deliver exceptional support and build meaningful relationships that drive our clients’ success on the platform.
What You’ll Do

Client Support (English & French):

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat with empathy and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets accurately in both languages
  • Flag complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly

Client Success & Retention:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure confidence and smooth adoption
  • Conduct proactive check-ins to drive engagement and uncover growth opportunities
  • Listen for feedback and help turn challenges into solutions that build loyalty

Documentation & Product Feedback:

  • Keep clean records of all client interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Contribute to the help center by updating guides, FAQs, and internal playbooks
  • Share client insights with product, sales, and dev teams to improve the platform

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency (English and French), written and spoken
  • 1–3 years experience in a client-facing role (support, success, or onboarding)
  • Familiarity with support tools and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • A team player who thrives working independently and collaboratively
