BILINGUAL CLIENT SUPPORT AGENT – LEGAL OR MEDICAL BACKGROUND

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Remote (Ontario or Quebec)
Hourly Rate: $26–$28
We’re looking for bilingual (English/French) Client Support Agents with a background in either the legal (e.g., Law Clerk or Paralegal) or medical field. In this mid-level role, you’ll respond to complex inquiries requiring subject-matter understanding and strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Legal or medical background (Law Clerk, Paralegal, or related experience)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• High attention to detail and ability to navigate sensitive topics
• Clear criminal background check required
