It's an opportunity to become an advocate, mentor, guide, and catalyst for transformation.   What You'll Do As a Full-Time Clinician, you will: * Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings * Develop individualized treatment plans * Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions * Provide culturally responsive services in both English and Spanish * Support individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges * Coordinate care with community partners and referral sources * Assist clients in building sustainable recovery and healthier futures * Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records You will manage an active caseload while helping reduce barriers to treatment for underserved Spanish-speaking populations.   Who Thrives Here?
