Job Summary: The Bilingual Clinician IPV FAIR will work closely with a program Family Navigator, who will provide case management services in coordination with clinical treatment screening and assessing the needs of the families and each of its members. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Engage families in the IPV-FAIR service and engage other key participants by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. Provide the screening and assessment for IPV-FAIR referrals. Participate in the development of the family service plan for the identified families Maintain clear and concise documentation of the family service plan and treatment efforts. Collaborate with all program staff, DCF, and all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure coordinated efforts for optimal outcomes for the family Build and maintain a relationship with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, schools, other behavioral health professionals, courts, and police). Provide clinical services in center-based and in-home settings as needed. All other duties as assigned by the Program Manager. Required Skills/Abilities: Language Ability: Very high. Strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish Math Ability: Medium. Must be able to provide and interpret statistics. Reasoning Ability: Very High. Must be able to coordinate multiple needs simultaneously. Computer Skills: Very high. Must know Word, Excel, Outlook, and have database experience. Required Education and Experience: Master's level behavioral health professional Active Connecticut License (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCA); Advanced clinical accreditations/certifications, or other licenses a plus. A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting is required; experience with DV a plus. Work Environment/Travel Requirement: Clinical services to be performed both in center-based and in-home settings as needed. Must have a valid motor vehicle driver's license.
