Responsibilities
  • Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.
  • Achieving a high-volume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Assisting customers with mid-term changes to their accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.
  • Facilitating win/win outcomes for customers who have become past-due.
  • Engaging in dialogue with customers and external/internal partners via telephone, email, text messaging and letter correspondence.
  • Resolving product, service and repayment issues by clarifying, investigating, explaining, documenting and following-up on actions taken
