Laurie Insurance Group is a dynamic and growing insurance agency seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial E&S Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Biingual Commercial E&S Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients. You’ll handle policy quoting, binding, and issuing for new and renewal accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for client policy inquiries and changes. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Insurance Sales/Service (Required).
• Experience in the E&S Commercial Lines.
• North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume office setting.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.

• Provide quotes, bind policies, and handle the issuance of policies for new and renewal accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with department managers, agent producers, and service teams to provide exceptional client service.
• Answer client questions regarding policies and coverage.
• Consult with clients on policy changes and other service needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial accounts and policies.
