  • Coordinate schedules and calendar management for project timelines and meetings.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking related to construction projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Support the front desk operations by greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and organizing project files.
  • Assist in customer support tasks to enhance client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
