EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • High school diploma
  • Must be Bilingual (French/English)
  • Battery industry experience an asset
  • Additional sales, customer service & technical training an asset
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible work style: able to adjust to multiple demands and a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all requests and orders are accurately entered into main database in a timely manner
  • Escalate customer issues
  • Manage, coordinate & administer technician inventory needs based on assigned workflows
  • Process all documentation related to completed service activities
  • Create & generate service & parts related
  • Monitor/ Manage open order reports to ensure appropriate follow up & escalations
  • Responsible for the coordination of the Service Technician team
  • Supporting billing and customer support
