POSITION SUMMARY:

Located in the Burlington commercial area, Bundl Box is hiring a Bilingual (French & English) Customer Retention Specialist. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing customers, managing accounts, and resolving issues to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
This is not a telemarketing or cold-calling position — you’ll be working exclusively with customers who already know and trust our brand. Full paid training is provided upon completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, service, or sales
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating computer systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Flexible availability to work shifts between 9 AM – 11 PM, Monday to Saturday (subject to change during peak seasons)
  • High School Diploma (OSSD or equivalent) required
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers in both French and English
  • Focus on customer retention, resolving issues and reinforcing loyalty
  • Process orders and manage payments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience in every interaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to retention and satisfaction
  • Accurately maintain customer records and account notes
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve retention processes
  • Perform other duties as required by management
