JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise to fill this role. Below are the details of the position:

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing client needs through inbound phone, email, online chat, and at times outbound calls regarding insurance claims or new business requests. Customers may be internal or external with varying degrees of complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries on products and service offerings.
  • Following established KPI metrics such as Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Hold Time, NPS, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Accuracy, and Compliance.
  • Troubleshooting plan member system and plan-related queries.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • Previous customer service experience (contact center, retail, or service industry).
  • Tech-savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly, proficient with Microsoft applications, and comfortable leveraging technology.
  • French Fluency

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a contact center/call center environment.
  • Experience with AWD Imaging Systems.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
