BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – HYBRID

Location: Mississauga, ON
Contract Length: 8 Months (Potential for Extension)
Compensation: $26 per hour

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of our leading financial services clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment and be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a call center or financial services environment, is considered an asset
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer focus
  • Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to assess situations and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, call management tools, and other business software is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls (30–40 per day) from customers and dealers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and support related to account inquiries, including payment details, payoff quotes, due date changes, and auto pay modifications
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction, support special projects, and assist in handling overflow call volumes
