JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding pricing and product availability, match requests with inventory, and provide exceptional service. Fluency in both French and English is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and keyboarding speed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product availability and pricing.
  • Ensure all customer emails are acknowledged and addressed within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Accurately enter quotes and invoices into the company’s invoicing system.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Manage backorders and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through responsive and transparent communication.
  • Assist with additional duties and tasks as needed.
