Description American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is growing in Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas and we want you on our team! AFIC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and Creole. This is primarily an English-speaking role, with assistance provided to Creole-speaking customers as needed. Candidates must be comfortable handling professional phone conversations in both languages throughout the day.
