Job Title: Customer Service Professional – Bilingual III
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension/conversion into full time employee)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (37.5 hrs/week)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join a dynamic Group Benefits Contact Center team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding service to members, supporting them during critical life moments and ensuring their needs are met with care, empathy, and efficiency.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week and involves handling inbound customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses, and delivering a consistently excellent service experience.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (French and English): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (e.g., contact center, administrative, retail, or service industry)
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.); able to work across multiple systems with ease

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Group Benefits or Insurance products
  • Prior experience in a contact center or financial/insurance environment

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Calm, professional, and composed in fast-paced environments
  • Curious and eager to learn new tools and procedures
  • Meticulous with details and strong documentation skills
  • Friendly, personable, and able to convey empathy over the phone

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Post-secondary education (college or university) is an asset
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: $22.00-$24.26 per hour
    Expected hours: 37.5 per week
