At Mint Live, we provide first-class customer service support to exciting brands. We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Dutch/English) to join us in representing one of our clients — a premium dog food company.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide expert product advice and support.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and follow up on queries.
  • Meet and exceed performance and target-based goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level Dutch with excellent written and spoken English.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude and genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Must love dogs!
