ABOUT US

Riversol is a fast-growing, dermatologist-developed skincare brand focused on science-backed solutions for sensitive skin. We’re looking for a passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join our team, please be aware this is not a remote position, and you should be able to work in person on a daily basis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year of customer service representative experience (Required)
  • Retail experience is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer-oriented environment (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in the English and French Language
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM systems considered an asset
  • Related skincare/beauty industry background is considered an asset.

  • Strong computational, data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication: Clear and effective communication using expertise on products and orders
  • Use active listening skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries by understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, specifically related to day-to-day responsibilities, and work with a diverse group of customers.
  • Use time effectively when working through a large volume of customer inquiries.
  • Maintain calm, especially during high-pressure situations and when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient when performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries.
  • Contact customers about sales and promotions.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
  • Utilize CRM and data entry systems to record custom information and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to the Manager.
  • Welcome customers to the showroom, and ensure they feel valued and heard.
  • Receive and process personally identifiable information and confidential information.
  • Handle product returns and exchanges according to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and promotional materials are up to date.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payments securely.
  • Assist in regular inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including shelves, and counters.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
