Responsibilities

Dispatch Services * Responsible for the accurate filing of customer keys.

  • Accurately entering vehicle location information into Park’N Fly’s custom software.
  • Working cooperatively with the Lot Supervisor regarding key management.
  • Coordinate breaks for bus drivers and valet attendants on duty.
  • Ensure all relevant charges for additional services are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Assign/dispatch buses to our drivers at commencement of their shift.
  • Answer and clear all incoming calls to the dispatch centre from customers.
  • Run and provide daily reports to the manager on shift
