WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver exceptional service via inbound calls with a guest-first, hospitality-driven approach
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests efficiently and professionally
• Use various systems to manage guest information and deliver prompt solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet guest needs quickly and accurately
• Stay informed about current promotions, loyalty programs, and property events
• Provide customers with a clear picture of company products and services; always lead the call without failing to listen to the voice of the customer
• Ensure that customer requests for reservations and other services are met and confirmed within the guidelines established by management
• Ensure each interaction reflects both ContactPoint 360’s and the client’s service standards
