REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid American Visa (to get coaching in USA)
  • Really Fluent in English (you will be working only with American people and it will be several English interviews in the process)

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience; Customer service / Imports / logistics / supply chain.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Managing order files and communications via phone and e-mail with supply chain partners, facilitating the production and delivery of products to global markets.
  • Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Order processing.
  • Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.
  • Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain
