This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, answering inquiries related to Group Disability Claims and technical support. The position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Communicate with plan members and sponsors in a calm, professional manner.
  • Access and navigate multiple internal systems to locate and update information.
  • Research and resolve inquiries within specified timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
  • Offer technical support for online claims submissions, including password resets and troubleshooting.
  • Handle both routine and sensitive customer inquiries, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
