As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to provide top-notch support to our clients. What You’ll Do: Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and systems. Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries. Open and close accounts, process payments, and update account information. Respond to billing questions and troubleshoot issues. Escalate concerns to Tier II or management when needed. Document customer interactions and manage email inboxes. Support general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and mail services. Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as required. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player. Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with customers. A proactive mindset to improve processes and support best practices. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
