POSITION SUMMARY:

Milan Laser is growing again looking for a dynamic professional to join our Client Relations team. This team works in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver a world-class client experience to new and current clients. In addition to this, you will support other needs of the clinic teams across the country. You will route calls and inquiries from clients regarding laser hair removal, current promotions, billing and general customer service to the Client Coordinator Assistant team.
Compensation: $17.00/hr + shift differential (extra $1.50/hr for bilingual)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, CANDIDATES MUST MEET ALL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Be able to accurately type at least 60 wpm
  • Be able to sit for up to 8 hours a day
