Our client is a global organization, known for delivering high-quality productions and design solutions across a wide customer base while maintaining strong relationships and exceptional service standards. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily support Western Canada and work a 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm shift to accommodate customers in those time zones. They will also support Ontario and Eastern Canada customers.

Responsibilities
  • Managing customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a courteous manner reflecting the company’s values.
  • Supporting customers with modifying orders.
  • Educating customers on product availability, new product features and innovations.
  • Creating and updating accounts accurately.
  • Working with customers to create and modify orders, arrange deliveries and pickup.
  • Work with the team proactively to achieve company targets and objects.
  • Ability to effectively and collaboratively with all departments, as well as any external partners.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Must be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in French.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain or similar is an asset.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP experience is required. Other ERP, CRM and/or Salesforce is an asset.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service role, specifically building materials or furnishings is an asset.
  • A passion for providing excellent service, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines and quality of service standards are met.
  • The ability to work in office daily in the hours of 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
