If you're organized, responsible, and confident on the phone, you’ll be a great fit for this role. Fluent in Spanish and English Strong attendance and dependability Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience Excellent communication and phone skills Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience is a plus!)
