As our Residential Division continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team. Location: On-site Clermont, Florida Compensation: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, Day Shift Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners needing HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations Schedule service appointments efficiently based on urgency, location, and technician availability Enter and manage customer data accurately in our dispatching software Coordinate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure smooth job flow and communication Resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, clarity, and empathy Assist with basic administrative support, including service plan renewals, warranty documentation, billing questions, and other role related tasks Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) — Must be fluent in both spoken and written communication Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, receptionist, or call center work (home services/trades experience is a plus) Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technological platforms A team-oriented attitude, dependable work ethic, and a desire to help others Benefits: At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
