Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English or Chinese/English) Location: 8388 W Sam Houston Pkwy S, Suite 282, Houston, TX 77072 (100% On-site) Company: Verda Healthcare About the Role: Are you patient, friendly, and love talking to people? Join Verda Healthcare! We are looking for bilingual individuals to support our Medicare members. This is primarily a phone-based role where you will help our senior members understand their benefits and answer their questions. What you will do: Answer incoming calls: Help senior members with questions about their healthcare benefits and claims. Support & Educate: Guide patients and providers through the Medicare process over the phone. Occasional In-person Interaction: While most work is via phone, you may occasionally assist members who visit our office. What we are looking for: Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in English/Spanish OR English/Chinese. Experience: 1-2 years in a call center or customer service environment. Personality: Patience is key! You should enjoy speaking with seniors and providing clear, helpful information.
Responsibilities
