Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, stakeholders, and peers in both English and French. You will handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive interaction each time.
  • Accurately process orders from customers and stakeholders through phone, online portals, and live chat. Ensure that all details are captured clearly and concisely.
  • Process requests for information and follow up on private and provincial drug plan coverage submissions. Gather all necessary details for the completion of insurance forms in a professional and organized manner.
  • Assist the pharmacist in collecting required prescription information to ensure successful adjudication.
  • Provide proactive solutions to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Perform basic customer account maintenance tasks, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Act as a resource for program stakeholders including physicians, patients, and vendor partners. Communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
