We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The position is based in Quebec and requires proficiency in both English and French.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding storage options and services.
  • Process data entry accurately for customer transactions.
  • Rent storage units to customers according to Bluebird policy and agreements.
  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls, providing support for their inquiries.
  • Increasing sales through responding to chats, emails, phone calls and any other inquires.
  • Provide customer service to all customers and respond to inquires in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and French.
  • Promote additional services through upselling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
