Adecco is currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team for a fully remote, contract role. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting customers via phone while navigating multiple computer systems to deliver accurate and timely assistance. This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19/hour.

  • Pay rate: $19/hour.
  • Location: Remote
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm OR 1pm-9pm EST
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Must have access to a personal computer and a second screen to meet remote tech requirements.
