Responsibilities
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT:Provide timely and professional support to English- and French-speaking users via email Intercom and HubSpot. Assist with service requests, troubleshoot issues, and respond to trial expiration and sign-in queries.
  • Template Management:
  • Collaborate on the creation and editing of AI-based clinical documentation templates.
  • Translate and adapt templates for French-speaking users.
  • System Operations & Audit:
  • Reconcile and audit user data across our systems and CRM.
  • Monitor trial usage, sign-in activity, and support workflow triggers.
  • TRANSLATIONS & CONTENT SUPPORT:Assist with French translations for templates, customer communications, and marketing/sales tools in HubSpot.
  • OTHER TASKS:Support operational and customer success projects as needed.
