Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Customer Experience is at the centre of any successful organization, and Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is looking for a customer-focused CX Coordinator.
As a Tier 2 Customer Experience Coordinator you will handle complex inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The overall purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service skills to both internal and external customers (email, social media, letters, executive contacts and escalations).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 2-5 year of relevant experience in the same or similar positions
  • Completion of a secondary school diploma and college, e.g., diploma / Certificate / trade license. Or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
