Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, IT or any technical diploma is an asset
  • 2+ years in technical support or data-administration role; alarm-industry experience an asset.
  • Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with configuration software (e.g., Mastermind) preferred.
  • Bilingual verbal and written-Bilingual English/French—professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Motivated, detail oriented, and has highly developed organizational skills; Adaptable to changing environments, and comfortable in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Our Mississauga office is currently recruiting a Bilingual Data & Customer Support Administrator in our ARC team who will provide timely panel configuration and account administration. This position provides support for Customers and interacts with various Internal teams, including Sales, Installation, and Field Technicians/Installers, ensuring efficient configuration, data management, account setup and Front-line support.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commission and configure new customer accounts while facilitating ongoing system updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by processing updates, corrections, and changes as required.
  • Perform remote panel configurations, data entry, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date account records.
  • Assist technicians and internal teams with troubleshooting and configuration support (via phone or remote sessions).
  • Create and update compliance-related documentation (e.g., ULC certificates), ensuring accounts meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and support ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, including ULC requirements.
  • Respond to internal and external requests via phone and email; manage and prioritize shared email inboxes.
  • Support customer onboarding for portals (e.g., SMC Touch, MASweb), including credential setup and navigation assistance.
  • Support key customers with credential management, access changes, and ongoing updates (e.g., Key Fob management).
