Overview Dental Receptionist Cameo Dental Specialists Berwyn location We are a patient-focused practice with a “yes” mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (with one late day until 6:00 PM) and 1–2 mandatory Saturdays per month. 32–40 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
