WHAT YOU’LL DO…

We’re currently looking for a Bilingual Dispatcher to fill a current vacancy on our team. In this role you will work closely with our customers to receive their service requests and dispatch an available technician to the appropriate farms in an efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and voicemails, from EastGen customers
• Confirm all required and relevant details for services
• Dispatch information to appropriate district technician(s)
• General administration support for call cente

You thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment, where you can balance multiple simultaneous customer requests. You create positive customer experiences through a friendly demeanor and high attention to detail. Ideally you will bring the following skills and abilities to this role:

• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service abilities
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a remote team
• Proven problem-solving abilities
