DESCRIPTION

Role: Bilingual Distribution Supervisor
Pay rate: $28 to $30 - Max
Shift: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Work Location: Anjou, 9820 Boul. Du Golf
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
Manage workflow independently and prioritize tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as procurement and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Utilize pallet jacks (and later forklifts) to move and organize inventory.
Implement warehouse optimization strategies, including slotting and space utilization.
Participate in process improvement and contribute to future system migration from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to SAP.
Provide accurate inventory and shipment documentation.
Communicate with U.S.-based and local teams in both English and French
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory role preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work autonomously.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French required.
Certified forklift operator (or willingness to obtain certification at new location).
Experience with warehouse optimization and slotting strategies.
Familiarity with warehouse systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains; SAP experience is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with leadership potential.
Comfortable using basic Microsoft Excel functions and reporting tools.
