Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Bilingual (Dutch/English) Customer Service Agent to work for our client in this remote opportunity! Our client is a world leading class action administration firm that has an experienced team of case managers, information technology experts, and notice administrators in Canada.
In this role you play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing claims, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for affected individuals. This role requires a combination of customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal procedures. If you’re fluent in both Dutch and English, adept at problem-solving, and thrive on building positive customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous stream of customer concerns, as well as written queries and written customer solicitations in both Dutch and English.
  • Identify and resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Conduct in-depth research and capture all aspects of customer requests.
  • Ensure that the content of oral and written communications meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Work closely with the project support team.
