On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep - Foreign Currency Cash Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BILINGUAL (E/F) CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FOREIGN CURRENCY CASH ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Cash Processing and Support group is seeking a Foreign Currency Cash Team Analyst to assist with the ongoing Foreign Currency Cash Transaction Project. This role involves booking currency rates for customers and buying and selling currencies from branch staff to support the branch network’s foreign currency needs.

BILINGUAL (E/F) CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FOREIGN CURRENCY CASH ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
  • 1+ years of experience in phone customer support, preferably within the financial transactions space.
  • Experience probing and identifying customer needs, with problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • French-speaking is mandatory.

BILINGUAL (E/F) CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FOREIGN CURRENCY CASH ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Prior banking FI experience.
  • Experience with foreign currency orders.
  • Experience with general ledgers, cash orders, or accounting skills.
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to Manager, Cash Processing and Support.
  • Booking currency rates for customers.
  • Buying and selling currencies from branch staff.
  • Managing inventory for the branch network.
  • Sending out emails for system issues.
  • Taking orders for cash requests.
