On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

BILINGUAL (MANDARIN/CANTONESE) RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition department by managing the onboarding process from start to finish. The role involves assisting recruiters and senior recruiters with ad hoc requests and posting requisitions for senior recruiters.

BILINGUAL (MANDARIN/CANTONESE) RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
  • 2+ years of recruitment coordinator experience in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word

BILINGUAL (MANDARIN/CANTONESE) RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
  • FI experience
  • HR certification and HR degree
  • Workday experience
