Sun Com Mobile is looking for a highly organized, training-minded Employee Engagement & Training Coordinator to support the programs that help our teams grow and succeed. This role plays a key part in building, maintaining, and delivering training and engagement experiences for new hires, store teams, and leaders. Key Responsibilities Training Support & Development * Assist in creating, refining, and distributing training materials for new hire onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing field programs. * Help manage the self-paced training experience for store managers and other field leadership roles. * Support training launches by coordinating communication, schedules, enrollment, and follow-up. * Track and report on training completions, participation, and progression across districts and stores. * Gather training feedback from field leaders and employees to recommend improvements. Engagement & Communication * Assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, contests, and recognition campaigns. * Help maintain internal communication channels including our company Portal and company-wide announcements. * Draft clear, concise communication for program rollouts, updates, and training reminders. Operational & Cross-Functional Support * Support day-to-day coordination for current and future training programs. * Collaborate closely with other team members/departments to ensure smooth execution of engagement and training initiatives. * Provide administrative support to the Employee Engagement Manager including but not limited to scheduling, project tracking, and data reporting. Qualifications * 1--2 years of experience in training, communications, or administrative coordination (wireless or retail experience a plus). * Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify information for store and field teams. * Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail. * Comfortable creating or editing training materials and documentation. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and project tracking tools. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once.
