Join us to build the future.    Your Impact  As a Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist, you will ensure our frontline field teams receive fast, practical, and trusted people support that keeps operations running smoothly. Your work strengthens engagement, reduces friction, and reinforces a values-first culture across our field workforce.   Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities  * Serve as a bilingual employee and manager resource, resolving HR questions and issues related to pay, benefits, policies, training, and safety * Conduct prompt, thorough, and unbiased employee relations investigations, ensuring fair outcomes and proper documentation * Partner with field leadership to address performance concerns, attendance issues, and behavioral matters with consistency and sound judgment * Coach managers on handling employee relations situations, including corrective actions, conflict resolution, and difficult conversations * Identify trends in employee relations issues and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement, retention, and team effectiveness * Support and guide the progressive discipline process, ensuring actions are timely, well-documented, and aligned with company standards * Respond to employee concerns in a timely manner, building trust while thoughtfully balancing employee advocacy with organizational needs. * Collaborate with HR leadership and legal (as needed) on sensitive or high-risk employee relations matters Qualifications  * 4+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience in field, operations, or frontline environments, with 2+ years of employee relations experience. * Working knowledge of HR policies, pay practices, benefits, and compliance basics * Experience using an HRIS and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment * Strong communication skills in English and Spanish * High accountability, attention to detail, and sound judgment * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred * HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Benefits  * Competitive salary and performance bonus * Paid time off  * 401(k) retirement plan with company match  * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance  * Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values * Safety: Proactively fosters a culture of safety in our work environment  * Inclusion: Appreciates and respects individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and values  * Speed: Operates with urgency, recognizing the advantage of being swift and responsive  * Innovation: Continuously seeks to simplify and improve processes and designs  * Judgment: Exercises discretion and autonomy in solving technical challenges  * Accountability: Holds self and others to high standards of performance and quality    Physical Demands and Work Environment  Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.   Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.   Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required.
