We are looking for Bilingual Financial Sales Representatives who want to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our customers across Canada. This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist LendCare customers with any questions and support regarding their personal loans. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs.
  • Drive Sales and Retention: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and maintain sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • 2-3 years experience working inbound sales roles is preferred
  • Financial services background is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Full time availability to work on site at our downtown Montreal office at 900 Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES:

  • Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
  • Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
  • In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
